Stevenage Indoor Market can be the perfect place to start or expand a current business and with trading for nearly half a century; it offers a lively, alternative and traditional place to shop.

The Market is located in Market Square on the ground floor of St Georges Multi Storey Car Park, which allows visitors to enjoy easy, ample and affordable short and long term parking.

TRADING HOURS

Traders are required to fully open for trade on every market day during public trading hours.

• Market Days: The indoor market is open each week from Wednesday – Saturday, except Bank Holidays or such days that the Council deem to be necessary.
• Public Hours: The trading hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week.
• Trader Only Hours: The Indoor Market is open for Traders, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 6.30am to 6.00pm & Tuesday between 6.30am to 1.00pm
• Closing: Traders shall close their stalls promptly at closing time and ensure that no further customers are served. Traders need to vacate the indoor market within 30 minutes of closing time.
